- 2 cans (16.3 oz each) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease a 10-inch bundt pan.
- Cut each biscuit into quarters. In a bowl, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon. Roll biscuit pieces in the sugar mixture until well coated.
- Arrange pieces in the bundt pan.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar and vanilla extract until well mixed. Bring to a boil; then reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Pour over the biscuit pieces in the bundt pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and no longer doughy in the center. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate.
